One-on-one.

I like to train one-on-one so that I can focus on exactly what you need. We will start with an in depth assessment of your strengths and weaknesses. Remember strength is what our goal is here. Being strong isn’t vanity it’s a life long goal. Being strong for today is great but being strong for the next 10, 20 or 30 years is our goal.

 

Small groups.

Although I prefer one-on-one session I do offer small group training sessions but usually limit it to two people so that I can focus in on you.

Our foundation at Garage Strength RI is teaching the fundaments first and our focus is proper movement through strength exercises. Strength is what we need for today but more importantly it’s what we need for tomorrow. We will build out a strong foundation so you’ll be able excel at muscle building, recovery and strength for years on end.
